Strong Start Monday: The Mad Max Way

So, it’s Sunday night and I still need to eat dinner. I never let work or food stand in the way of planning my Monday and neither does Mad Max. As a special treat, I rounded up some of his best tips to kick off the new week in the best way possible!
1. Prioritize your to-do list
In Mad Max’s world, survival depends on prioritization, and the same goes for starting your week off strong. Take a cue from Max and prioritize your to-do list. Identify the most important tasks you need to complete and tackle those first thing in the morning. By focusing on what needs to be done and taking care of it early on, you’ll set yourself up for a successful week.
2. Hold yourself accountable
In the post-apocalyptic world of Mad Max, actions have consequences. The same is true when it comes to starting your week off strong. Hold yourself accountable for your goals and make a plan to achieve them. Whether it’s hitting the gym, finishing a project, or making progress on a personal goal, stick to your plan and hold yourself accountable. Worst case, find a friend and hold each other accountable for the plans you have for the week!
3. Take time for yourself aka “We don’t need another hero” 🙂
Mad Max knows the importance of self-care, and so should you. While it’s important to tackle your to-do list and stay accountable, it’s equally important to take time for yourself. Make sure to schedule some downtime throughout your day, whether it’s enjoying a quiet lunch break or taking a quick walk. By taking care of yourself, you’ll be better equipped to handle whatever challenges come your way. Don’t be like me and work all weekend. 🙂
