Plan the Perfect Summer Picnic: The Mad Max Way
:: Tara Alexandra
Mad Max may be used to living in a post-apocalyptic world, but even he knows the importance of planning the perfect summer picnic. With his friends and foes all looking for a fun outdoor activity, Max has come up with some last-minute tips to make sure his party is one to remember.
Tip 1: Get a catering company
When you’re living in a world where food is often scarce, it’s important to get the best caterer you can find. Mad Max knows this all too well, which is why he has enlisted the help of a local catering company to provide delicious food for his guests. Of course, being in a post-apocalyptic world, the catering company doesn’t have fancy equipment or a wide variety of ingredients to work with. But, with a bit of creativity and resourcefulness, Max and the caterer are able to put together a mouth-watering spread that everyone will enjoy. And, he has both Keto, and Vegetarian fare to satisfy every appetite. Is he not the best host ever? 🙂
Tip 2: Plan fun games
No picnic is complete without some fun games to keep everyone entertained. Mad Max has scoured the wasteland for old junk to create some exciting activities for his guests. He’s fashioned a makeshift pinata out of an old tire, set up a game of “throw the rusty can,” and even created a scavenger hunt using items found in the surrounding area. These games not only keep everyone entertained, but also add to the post-apocalyptic theme of the party.
Tip 3: Make it themed
To make the picnic all the more memorable, and to remain aligned with the post-apocalyptic theme, Max has instructed his guests to dress in their best leather jackets and boots, and he’s decorated the area with salvaged metal and scraps. The catering company has even created a signature cocktail called “The Wasteland,” which is sure to be a hit with everyone. By adding a theme to the party, Mad Max has made it all the more special and unique. What might your theme be?
So as you can see, even in a post-apocalyptic world, it’s important to take the time to enjoy the little things in life, like a summer picnic with friends and foes! 🙂
